Important Information

A $50 annual subscription is required to access “Dalla Botte” wine club content, which is valid for 12 months from the time the subscription is purchased. At the end of 12 months the subscription will be automatically renewed and 15 days before the expiration date you will be notified of the automatic renewal of your account. In the event of automatic renewal you will be charged $50 to renew your yearly subscription and you authorize “Le Uve sas” as the owner of the “Dalla Botte” brand to charge your credit card for the subscription fee. If you do not wish to renew your subscription you are free to unsubscribe via your personal page by clicking on subscription and cancel.

On your personal page you will see all the data related to your subscription and orders placed. You may sign up to be a member at any time, via our website (link a subscription).

By becoming a member you confirm that you (or the recipient of the club for gift memberships) are at least 21 years of age (for US).

The “Yearly Subscription” to “Dalla Botte” entitles you to purchase our exclusive wine selections and allows you to access further website content: recipes, stories, and connecting to our wine experts (Ambassadors) who can further guide you through the understanding of the Italian Wine & Food Culture.

By becoming a member, you are agreeing to all terms and conditions of the Dalla Botte wine club.

When you sign up, if this was suggested to you by a Dalla Botte wine club ambassador, you will be associated with your ambassador of choice. Your ambassador will be the one to provide you with the membership link or association code. Or you can request to be associated with your referring ambassador through the email info@dallabotte.com.

Your ambassador will be your point of contact on site.

Once you have selected the desired order and made the purchase you will receive the wine at your home during the current session. 

There are three sessions during the year: Spring, Fall and Winter.

•             Spring session starts on March 1st and ends on April 30th (Easter orders need to be submitted by March 31st)

•             Fall session starts on September 1st and ends on December 31st (In the special offer with a limited time Thanksgiving orders need to be submitted by October 15th, Christmas orders need to be submitted by November 3rd))

•             Winter session starts on January 1st and ends on February 28th

For the regular sessions Spring, Fall and winter we will ship wines at the end of the session and you will receive your wines directly to your door and be able to track the shipment from Italy to the U.S.: you can place your order anytime during the year, but remember that you will be receiving your wines only at the end of a specific session.

In case of purchase during Earth day, Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas special sessions there will be a limited time purchase windows to be able to fulfill orders in time. Special sessions will be communicated on our website and will have a shorter time window that will be communicated per each session.

The signature of an adult may be required for delivery. We strongly recommend using a business address when possible to ensure someone can sign. Please create an account with FedEx Delivery Manager or UPS if you have specific delivery requirements.

Local carriers reserve the right to change their policies without notifying our shipper.

All photos featured on our website and marketing materials are provided as a guide only and may not reflect the exact bottles in your case.

Many bottles in our selections do not feature QR codes as they come from very small allocations, but full tasting notes are available on Dalla Botte website.

Communication

You will receive an email from us prior to each shipment, reminding you of any important dates and the details of your shipment, as well as confirmation once each payment has been processed successfully, and any other necessary information we may need to communicate to you.

The details of how we use your personal information can be found in our Privacy Policy. If you have subscribed to receive updates from our team in addition to the emails regarding your membership, you may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the relevant link in any of the emails we have sent you.

Billing

It is the member’s responsibility to notify us of any changes to their credit card, billing/shipping address or any other relevant information before the next payment is processed. Unfortunately we are unable to make any changes after billing has taken place.

You may update this information by logging in to the members area on this website.

All purchases, including tax and shipping, are non-refundable once they have been processed. Prices and costs may change without notice. If errors are made, we must be notified by email within 24 hours in order for us to rectify them promptly.

Shipping

Wines are shipped at the end of each session, Spring, Fall and Winter. While we endeavour to send your wines without delay, all shipping/delivery dates provided are estimates. Unforeseen circumstances may result in a delayed delivery – we will provide you with regular updates in the event that shipments may not arrive as per the original estimate.

Any address changes must be requested at least 10 days prior to the next billing unless we specify otherwise (due to shipping constraints outside of our control). You can update your address by logging in to your account on Dalla Botte wine club website.

We are not responsible for any shipping charges incurred due to misdirected or returned shipments, or changes made after the deadline. If a wine club shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, or there have been two failed delivery attempts, you will be responsible for the additional costs.

The selected courier will make 2 delivery attempts, then the shipment will be delivered back to one of the domestic Distribution Centers.

The costs for the re-shipment to the destination address will be charged to you as follows:

  • 50 up to 6 bt 0,75 lt

  • 65 up to 12 bt 0,75 lt

If your delivery address is somewhere where an additional shipping charge is applicable, this will be charged.

SUPPLEMENTS and SURCHARGES are responsibility of the recipient and they are estimated as follows:

HAWAII, ALASKA, PORTO RICO, ALABAMA, ARKANSAS, MISSISSIPPI, UTAH, US VIRGIN ISLANDS:

standard price list + €30 every 12 BT (min. €30)

PROOF OF DELIVERY: €5/parcel

ADDRESS CORRECTION: €25 (after the deadline)

Tasting Events

Complimentary tasting events can be organized during the year proposed by your ambassador.

Replacements/Refunds

Corked wine and problems with bottles being ‘off’ are fortunately very rare (typically less than 2%). If you find a spoiled or damaged wine in your delivery, we must be contacted  immediately and reserve the right to request photographic evidence of any damages.

Our policy is to refund maximum 2 bottles per membership (as instances of damage are so infrequent), and beyond that, we will evaluate the length of time you’ve been a member with us, any other possible issues from shipping, or if other members have had problems with wine to understand if more than 2 bottles will be refunded/replaced. If more than two bottles need to be replaced, we reserve the right to cancel a membership if we understand that it may be more aligned to personal taste or falsifying the condition of the wine.

We do not consider as refundable the damages:

  • due to temperature changes while the shipment is in transit. It is suggested to avoid shipping, especially in the summer, to states with frequent extreme temperatures;

  • to wax capsules;

  • to labels.

Depending on weather conditions, shipments may be temporarily suspended to certain countries/regions to prevent damage due to extreme temperatures (excessive heat during summer or severe cold during winter).

Cancellations

You may cancel your membership by using the cancel function within your member area on this website. Your cancellation must be done AT LEAST 10 DAYS BEFORE the next annual subscription fee renewal.

We reserve the right to cancel your membership at any time.

Sharing Your Club Benefits

Due to system constraints we are only able to have one name and one corresponding email on each membership. Benefits are not transferable.
